## A page view is a page, not a pixel

We count full page loads, plus the text files agents fetch to read your site: robots.txt, llms.txt, sitemaps and markdown pages. Images, scripts, styles, link prefetches and API calls don't count. Page views from agents and crawlers count the same as people's, because seeing them is the point.

Your Billing page shows this month's total against your plan, updated every 10 minutes, and the same number is in your reports.

## Nothing stops. Ever.

Going over your plan's page views never pauses tracking, hides reports or adds surprise charges. We email the account owner at 80% and at 100% of the month's page views, and suggest the plan that fits. If you're over for a one-off spike, you don't have to do anything.

**Can I sign up today?**

Punchline is in early access. [Request access](https://www.punchlineanalytics.com/reveal) and we'll set your site up with a free week, then you choose a plan. Self-serve sign-up opens soon.

**Is the Free plan really free?**

Yes, for good: one site, up to 10,000 page views a month, every report, alerts by email, and edge markdown. No card needed.

**Can I pay yearly?**

Yes. Yearly plans cost ten months' price for twelve months.

**How do I upgrade, downgrade or cancel?**

During early access, email hey@opsscale.co and we'll change it for you. Once online payment opens, you'll do it yourself in the dashboard under **Billing**. Plan changes take effect straight away, with the difference prorated on your next invoice. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for, then the account moves to Free. Features outside your plan switch off; your data stays.

**What happens to my integrations if I downgrade?**

They stop syncing, and the API answers with a clear error naming the plan it needs. Connections and data are kept, so moving back up picks up where you left off.

**How do you take payment?**

Cards through Stripe. Invoices and receipts are in the billing portal. Enterprise plans can pay by invoice.

**Do people on my team cost extra?**

No. Each plan includes a number of people per site at no extra cost: 2 on Free, 10 on Growth and 50 on Business.

**Do you offer pricing based on results?**

We're exploring it: paying for the outcomes Punchline connects (conversions from people sent by AI assistants, handoff links that convert, companies whose agents are researching you), rather than for page views.
